Tech VA Description

Moonwalker Digital is a small-but-mighty web design firm that creates membership platforms, custom websites and e-commerce websites for personality-driven brands. We also run a website platform, Weeknight Website. We are looking for support from a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to assist with completing projects. Great communication skills, an obsession with getting things done, and the ability to anticipate details a must.

Responsibilities include:

• Mobile-optimizing and testing new website builds
• Setting up integrations and configure settings for third-party software via platforms like Zapier
• Assistance troubleshooting/testing issues with client sites
• Configure settings and import products to Shopify
• Make updates to the Moonwalker Digital and Weeknight Website websites
• Building pages based on provided designs in Beaver Builder
• Communicating with the support teams of plugins/platforms when needed
• Communicate delivery ETA's and progress to team
• Input content on landing pages and web pages
• Assistance in testing and preparing websites for launch
• Install Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, plugins and other commonly used integrations
• Optimizing images for the web
• Review and submit deliverables by their due dates
